Effective training starts well before the day of the course, or seminar. We do not believe that generic training courses offer real value for money. As a result, our courses are all prepared for the specific need of the client, with a real emphasis on proper preparation. Our typical method is as follows:

  • Determine client's specific training needs and objectives.
  • Receive and analyse client-sensitive information (for instance, we might analyse the financial performance of a firm or practice group, or analyse the notifications made by the firm to an insurer).
  • Write course.
  • Obtain client approval of course materials.
  • Deliver course.
  • Follow-up on actions taken as a result of the course.

All our courses use case studies, workshops and other techniques designed to increase interaction between delegates, to enhance the learning experience.
