We work with solicitors, using our own method, to help them increase productivity, profitability and to generate cash more effectively. The coaching service is primarily for managing partners or practice group heads who need external support in managing money and pushing through changes. However, we also provide one-to-one coaching for individual solicitors who are finding it difficult to meet financial targets.

Our method involves analysing the challenges facing the firm, practice group or individual and then designing a plan to turn things around, within a specific time frame. We then provide assistance, using structured intervention, to implement the plan.
